Title:  Assistant Transportation & Delivery

Job Summary

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of local transport strategies and plan to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost.

General Responsibilities

• Participates in manually loading orders on outgoing trucks by repetitive customer order.
• Delivers goods to customers within target area timely as per performance KPIs delivery lead time.
• Accompany driver to job site; assist driver by guiding truck onto and off customer’s property to avoid damage.
• Count, verify and manually both loading and uploading goods as incoming orders and shipments.
• Maintain inventory in appropriate/designated storage areas during loading and unloading at customer sites
• To ensure delivery service levels meet customers’ expectations with good quality of products
• To ensure Company property to keep in taking care and safety (Cash/ Goods/ Vehicles)
• Strictly implement Freight & Transport Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Company Policies.
• Report to superior on all problems i.e. quality incidents on material,property damages and any deviations noted in day-to-day operations
• Strongly comply non-compliance to standard operating procedures and standards (Code of Conduct. Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption, HSE.:.)
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
• Strong Physically and committed to work
• Hard working and punctuality degree

Education

• Diploma or high school certificate
