Title:  Assistant Distribution Center Operations

About The Role

• The Assistant, Distribution Center Operations plays a vital role in supporting DKSH's warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. This role contributes directly to supply chain performance by maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence within the distribution center.

What You Will Deliver

• Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with DKSH Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain operational consistency and compliance
• Optimize warehouse space on a daily basis to facilitate smooth and timely receipt of new shipmentsUnload incoming goods from containers, verify accuracy, and sort by product category including batch and expiry details, before executing accurate put-away to designated storage locations
• Execute pick and pack operations in line with First In First Out (FIFO) and First Expired First Out (FEFO) policies to ensure product quality and traceability
• Participate in cycle stock counts with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support business reporting
• Contribute to smooth and efficient warehouse picking operations through active teamwork and disciplined process adherence
• Uphold 5S, workplace safety, and security standards at all times to maintain a safe and well-organized distribution center environment
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• High school certificate or related disciplineWorking knowledge of distribution center operations, distribution, and transportation processes
• Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, and pick and pack functions
