About The Role
What You Will Deliver
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories through disciplined field execution and structured sales action plans.
- Execute comprehensive in-field sales activities, including product portfolio introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups, and in-store merchandising to maximize brand visibility and commercial impact.
- Prepare and submit quotations, pricing, delivery terms, and commercial proposals in accordance with company policies to support seamless customer conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities and contribute timely insights to competition reports, enabling the business to respond effectively to market developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure data integrity and support business decision-making.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to orders and queries, proactively communicating promotions and new product launches to grow wallet share.
- Manage customer complaints and issues through to resolution, maintaining a high standard of service and protecting long-term relationships.
- Track and collect payments from customers to support healthy cash flow and financial accountability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and contribute to the development of key customer relationships.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Up to two years of experience in a similar sales or field-based role.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry, market landscape, competitors, and customer dynamics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of assigned territories, products, and services, with strong selling skills and the ability to build productive customer relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different customer types.
- Basic research and analytical skills to track performance and identify opportunities.
- roficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in the local language with basic English proficiency, both written and spoken.
