Title:  Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is an essential contributor to DKSH's Supply Chain Management operations in Laos, ensuring that products reach the right customers, at the right time, and in full. This role directly supports customer satisfaction and operational reliability within the Freight and Transport function.

• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products to customers across assigned routes, consistently meeting delivery key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with customers to obtain acknowledgement on shipping documents and invoices upon complete delivery, ensuring documentation is accurate and fully completed.
• Uphold road safety and all applicable traffic regulations at all times, maintaining a high standard of responsible and compliant driving conduct.
• Conduct pre-departure vehicle inspections before every trip and promptly report any technical issues that could result in breakdown or delivery delays.
• Support vehicle maintenance by attending scheduled service appointments and reporting vehicle status to the supervisor before and after each inspection.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with invoices, ensuring all cash transactions are accurate and fully accounted for.
• Prepare and submit daily summaries of bills and product costs to the supervisor to support business visibility and financial accountability.
• Collaborate with team members to adapt delivery routes and schedules when operational adjustments are required.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

• High school certificate or higher qualification in a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Holds a valid Lao driving license.
• Demonstrates strong familiarity with routes across Laos, enabling efficient and reliable delivery performance.
• Communicates fluently in the local language with basic working proficiency in English, both written and reading.
