Job Summary

Delivery product to customer at the right time, right customer, right product, ensure that customer received the product and report to supervisor

General Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive the product and report to the supervisor
• Delivery product to customer at the right time, right customer, right produce
• Coordinate with the customer to sign the shipping documents and invoice correctly and completely after the product has been delivered to the customer in full
• Drive the vehicle according to traffic laws, maintaining safety on the road. In cases of drinking alcohol, it is prohibited to drive a vehicle
• Additionally, check the vehicle's technical condition every time before departure or shipment. Report any issues observed that could cause the vehicle to break down on the road or delay the delivery
• Work together with a large team and be able to summarize the vehicle chain in cases where it is necessary to make changes according to appropriateness
• Collect the payment according to the invoice for the customer’s cash payment to ensure it is accurate and complete
• Summarize the bill and the product costs, then send it to the supervisor every day
• Take the car to the service center as scheduled to change the oil
• Report the vehicle number to the supervisor before and after the inspection to ensure it is correct and on time

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Valid Lao driving license
• Familiar with routes across countries

Education

High school or upper degree in related field is advantage

At least 1 of relevant work experience
