Title: Project Manager - Consultant
Canlubang, PH, PH
Responsibilities:
1. Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks and lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery.
2. Contribute to managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an on-going basis
3. Lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of part of a work stream of a large project / a small project (single area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements
4. Report project progress to all stakeholders in accordance with a well-structured communications plan and ensure all communication is tailored to stakeholder needs
5. Ensure the health of the project, identify project risks and mitigation plans and ensure these risks are proactively communicated
6. Responsible for implementing the DePICT project management methodology and risk management process
7. Ensure that all required project documentation is completed to quality standards, kept up to date, available throughout the project and maintained in the project database
8. Implement ACT change management methodology and approach. Identify, manage and influence stakeholders to achieve business benefits
9. Support identifying the project resource, roles and responsibilities, SME's required to deliver the business benefits
11 Motivate the project team to accomplish the tasks as outlined, manage change and deliver business benefits

Requirements:
1. Technical/Engineering University degree
2. Operations background in Warehousing at least 3 years. (essential)
3. Depict project management methodology (essential)
4. DMAIC continuous improvement methodology (desired)
5. Must be amenable to 1 year project based contract
