Title:  Assistant Warehousing

Inbound Processing: (Incoming shipments and Returns)

• Responsible that all items received are properly checked, verified, counted, properly handled and transferred to assigned location
• Responsible that the Items being unloaded from the truck (for receiving) are same of Item code, quantity, and description as what is reflected on the delivery receipt , packing list, ASN,  Certificate of analysis, MSDS where applicable
• Responsible that the Items received from redressing/ toll manufacturing are correct in DKSH Item code, batch number, expiry date, quantity based on issued documents.
• Responsible for correct unloading, including correct palletizing, no overhangs, proper stretch wrapping and no damages.
• Responsible for ensuring that first in- first out (FIFO) and first expiration- first out (FEFO) policy is strictly followed inside the warehouse.
• Responsible for segregation, sorting and re-palletizing of incoming deliveries as necessary.
• Responsible on the proper segregation and checking of trade returns, ensuring its alignment with approved return good slip and return to vendor form
• Responsible for checking, segregation of return upon delivery as referenced in altered DKSH invoice.
•  Responsible in monitoring return of passive packaging, pallets and other packaging materials (where applicable), ensuring all are in good condition and properly accounted.
• Safe handling and maintain proper stock arrangement during unloading, and storage in the designated location
• Ensure proper and clear identification and traceability of the Items.

Outbound/Dispatch/Picking Processing:

• Responsible that all items dispatched are properly checked, verified, counted and properly handled
• Responsible that the Items to be loaded in the truck (for outbound) are same of Item code, quantity, and description as what is reflected on the delivery receipt, invoice, where applicable
• Responsible for correct loading of delivery, including correct palletizing, no overhangs, proper stretch wrapping and no damages.
• Responsible for ensuring that first in- first out (FIFO) and first expiration- first out (FEFO) policy is strictly followed inside the warehouse.
• Performs barcode scanning and ensures that goods are individually scanned upon picking and dispatch.
• Responsible for the preparation of items and documents scheduled for delivery in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Report any inventory variances and assist in conducting investigation
• Ensure proper and clear identification and traceability of the Items.
• Responsible for checking all required documentation prior to dispatch of goods are complete and accurate

Transportation:

• Plan, cluster, monitor and manage delivery, ensuring that timelines (requested delivery dates and fixed delivery schedules) and product transport requirements are met.
• Book and schedule vehicle from transport providers and communicate and monitor compliance to set truck arrival and dispatch time
• Monitor retrieval of proof of delivery documents and Cheque (where applicable), ensuring accuracy with actual delivery, completeness and timeliness of submission.
• Coordinate with Finance for POD and Cheque retrieval and status.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, work collaboratively with DKSH Customer Care for delivery status.
• Serve as the primary point of contact of DKSH Customer Care regarding order status, delivery schedules, follow-ups, and related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints related to deliveries, including delays and other delivery issues as well as shipment problems in coordination with Supply Chain Management Operation.
• Collaborate with supply chain operation to manage timely receiving of products for return.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timeliness and customer satisfaction.
• Handle order-related issues such as returns to vendor, returns upon delivery, and other types of customer returns.
• Assist in investigating and resolving order fulfillment discrepancies (e.g., over/under shipments, damaged goods) in collaboration with Complaints Management, Supply Chain, and Third-Party Logistics Partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve order processing workflows.
• Participate in daily huddles to share concerns/issues within the team for immediate action.
• Participate in monthly meetings to share customer insights and suggest improvements to customer care processes

Inventory:

• Responsible for ensuring that first in- first out (FIFO) and first expiration- first out (FEFO) policy is strictly followed inside the warehouse.
• Conducts cycle counting and periodic physical inventory of all stocks inside the Warehouse.
• Ensure compliance to plan for cycle counting
• Ensure inventory variances reported are being reconciled accurately and timely
• Validates put-away, picking, receiving transaction in the system for inventory accuracy
• Report any inventory variances and assist in conducting investigation
• Responsible for reporting any incident that happens inside the warehouse upon discovery.

Material Handling:

• Responsible for ensuring accurate picking, replenishment and put-away of the items based on WMS task.
• Responsible for ensuring that first in- first out (FIFO) and first expiration- first out (FEFO) policy is strictly followed inside the warehouse.
• Responsible for straps tightness inspection and proper palletizing of all outgoing goods.
• Responsible for maintaining fully charged battery of MHE and reporting of low water level.
• Responsible for conducting MHE inspection based on standard maintenance procedure and reporting any defect  observed.
• Responsible in counterchecking that items received are correct in DKSH item code, quantity, and good condition base on transfer order.
• Responsible for reporting any incident that happens inside the warehouse upon discovery.

Secondary Repackaging Activity:

• Responsible in accurate execution of SRA activity according to plan, and in accordance with approved work instruction, QA and regulatory protocols
• Responsible in ensuring proper gowning procedure are executed inside SRA facility and in reporting non compliance to gowning procedure
• Responsible for execution of line clearance and product and material reconciliation and ensure proper and complete documentation.
• Validates issuance of components for SRA activity vs plan and vs system generated document
• Responsible in counterchecking that items received are correct in DKSH item code, quantity, and good condition base on transfer order.
• Responsible for reporting any incident that happens inside the warehouse upon discovery.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work area inside the warehouse.
•  Willing to work during holidays and extended hours as operation requirements.

General:

• Responsible for the good housekeeping in their area of responsibility.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.

Education: Graduate of Senior Highschool or any Vocational course

Work Experience:

• 6 months + work experience in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain
• Experience in handling Warehouse Management System
• Knowledge in SAP and WMS system is an advantage.
