Title:  Assistant Quality Assurance

Job Summary

• Inspect the labeling of goods compliance with the law of Viet Nam for incoming goods.
• Ensure the product is redressed compliance with the current regulations
• Ensure compliance with the state of goods through the label system

General Responsibilities

• Ensure that updated procedures exist to control packaging and labelling materials and to implement repackaging operations, in order to avoid anomalies and mix-ups, ensure the compliance with rules, regulations and specifications which are effective in country and supplier’ requirements
• Update any changes relating to redressing activities
• Release products in system as authorize.
• Ensure compliance with the state of goods through the label system.
• Check label information of goods and ensure the product is redressed compliance with the current regulations before release.
• Ensure that the follow up of repackaging operations can be traced in batch records.
• Support to raise a deviation relating to goods receiving and repackaging operations.
• Receice, handle and inspect the complaint related the quantity of goods.
• Verify/ archive temperature data of incoming goods
• Assist in SOP/ WIs/ presentation/ quality report preparation.
• Other tasks assigned/delegated from senior quality assurance executive.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Have knowledge of quality management systems and GxP (GSP, GSDP, GMP).
• Have basic knowledge of ISO
• Be able to be active and flexible in multinational environment
• Be able to multi-task comfortable working in team-based environment
• Good at communication and organization, time management
• Good at written communication English

Education

• Pharmaceutical intermediate or Bachelor degree in biotech/chemistry or pharmacy (priority for candidates with pharmacy degree and\or experienced in pharmaceutical)
