Job Summary
At DKSH Marketing Services Spain, we are looking for a Specialist, Quality and Logistics to join our Barcelona team and help drive business growth by ensuring operational efficiency and outstanding service standards.
General Responsibilities
- Optimize and coordinate daily Supply Chain operations: procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits (financial and quality).
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as REACH, CLP, ISO, AEO, Responsible Care, and more.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management.
- Support IT & Communications management, with a focus on SAP ERP.
Your Profile
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of and motivation to work within logistics operations, transport management, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- HACCP training and SAP experience are a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish with good command of English.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and proactive approach to change.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
