Job Summary

As an Outbound Specialist, you will assist customers with requests, enter data accurately, and ensure smooth operations. You will be handling orders, complaints, and billing, while following the right processes. Your role will be key in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining service efficiency.

General Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer requests, orders, complaints, billing, and inquiries
• Enter and update accurately customer information, orders, and any relevant information for record-keeping
• Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
• Provide quick, friendly, and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walk-in customers
• Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Work experience with a logistics service provider, warehouse or freight forwarder
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in local languages and ideally in English, written and spoken
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
