About The Role

The Inbound Specialist manages inventory, import processes, customs and supplier coordination as part of the Operations team at DKSH Performance Materials based in Barcelona. This role ensures accurate stock levels, timely deliveries, and smooth collaboration with internal teams, and logistics partners in a fast-paced international environment.

What You Will Deliver

•    Manage purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams across markets
•    Maintain forecasts, place supplier orders, and manage inventory levels
•    Track shipments and coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers
•    Monitor stock, identify risks, and resolve supply issues proactively
•    Ensure timely complete deliveries with warehouses and partners

What You Bring

•    Around 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain support
•    Good understanding of customer service processes, experience with SAP preferred
•    Strong organisation and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
•    High attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability
•    Good English communication skills and ability to work with international teams
•    Proficient in Spanish
