Title:  Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist customers with requests, enter data accurately, and ensure smooth operations. You will provide in-office after-sales support, including handling orders, complaints, and billing, while following the right processes. Your role will be key in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining service efficiency.

General Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer requests, orders, complaints, billing, and inquiries
• Enter and update accurately customer information, orders, and any relevant information for record-keeping
• Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
• Provide quick, friendly, and accurate support for sales inquiries and periodic walk-in customers
• Identify solutions proactively and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Work experience in call center/ B2B customer service environments
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in local languages and ideally in English, written and spoken
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
