Title:  Specialist Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)

Job Summary

Develop and implement safety, health and environmental (SHE) practices to ensure alignment to global DKSH safety policy and local/international safety standards

General Responsibilities

• Daily safety patrol to inspect and recommend employer to follow the law relate HSE
• Analysis work process and set measure to reduce risk and work safe to employer
• Conduct risk assessment & Environment aspect
• Follow up all related function to perform task to comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Working environment master plan
• Control and training employee and sub-contractor to follow safety regulation
• Conduct workplace HSE and EMS monitoring
• Have suggestion to employer to improve safety in workplace
• Accident investigation and analysis to set the measure to prevent reoccurrence
• Specify the personal protective equipment which compatible and match to the requirements to employees uses, therefore, employer must provide its to their employees
• Work permit control
• Follow up the loss prevention inspection, readiness of emergency response team
• Follow up to ISO 14001 & 45001 implementation
• Other assignment for employer

• English proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety
