Description: 
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Supervise tele-marketing assistants to ensure work processes and standard operating procedures are adhered to when performing work
  • Create and maintain lead and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
  • Conduct audits on calls/transactions and provide feedback to tele-marketing assistants for improvement
  • Consolidate customer/market feedback and provide insights to relevant teams to enhance products/services/sales
  • Identify and evaluate key areas/processes to  improve customer experiences and meet sales targets
  • Monitor daily results and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for management
  • Conduct daily team meetings outlining any urgent issues, updates on promotions/campaigns, trade announcements etc., to ensure tele-marketing assistants are fully educated
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing functions to ensure alignment in terms of promotions, pricing, campaigns, follow-up, etc.
