About the Role
The Specialist, Tender Management is an integral part of DKSH's Healthcare business, responsible for driving the end-to-end management of pharmaceutical tender processes to secure and grow institutional accounts. This role directly contributes to DKSH's commercial success by delivering competitive, well-structured tender submissions that meet the evolving needs of hospital and institutional clients.

What You Will Deliver

  • Analyze hospital pharmaceutical needs to ensure proposed products meet required specifications and standards, positioning DKSH as the preferred institutional supplier.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documents including drug details, pricing, delivery terms, and value-added offerings such as quality guarantees, ensuring submissions are complete and competitive.
  • Lead participation in tendering and bidding processes, crafting compelling proposals that effectively balance product quality, pricing, and service conditions.
  • Manage and oversee the timely delivery of pharmaceuticals in accordance with contract terms, ensuring all fulfillment commitments are consistently met.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with hospitals and institutional stakeholders to ensure seamless tender submission and smooth process execution.
  • Prepare and present tender results, procurement summaries, and pharmaceutical market trend analyses to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to apply market insights to drive account and tender performance.
