Title:  Specialist Tender Management

General responsibilities 

• Study the hospital’s pharmaceutical needs to ensure that proposed products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Prepare complete tender documents, including drug details, pricing, delivery terms, and any special offers, such as quality guarantees.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes, presenting the best proposals by considering factors like product quality, price, and service conditions.
• Manage and follow up on the timely delivery of pharmaceuticals according to contract terms.
• Coordinate and communicate with hospitals to ensure smooth tender submission and process execution.
• Prepare and report on tender results, procurement summaries, and analyze market trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
