About The Role

The Specialist, Key Account Management is a key contributor to DKSH's Healthcare business in Thailand, responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving sustainable sales growth across assigned institutions and key accounts. This role creates measurable business impact by deepening customer relationships, executing targeted sales strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of results across the portfolio.

What You Will Deliver

 

  • Achieve assigned sales targets across institutional and key accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding growth and market share objectives defined by the Key Account Manager (KAM) or Brand Manager.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales plans and promotional activities, translating strategic guidelines into effective on-ground initiatives.
  • Engage Key Doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with accurate, compelling product messaging to ensure full understanding and adoption of focus products.
  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships with store managers of chain drugstores, supporting business continuity and commercial growth.
  • Ensure promotional and in-store activities for assigned products are executed at the right location and within agreed timelines, maximizing visibility and customer engagement.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge to clients, customers, and key doctors, and support the coordination of product training sessions for staff as needed.Monitor and report on account activities, competitor movements, customer developments, and market conditions to equip the KAM and Brand Manager with timely, actionable intelligence.
  • Contribute to team goal alignment by supporting clear communication of objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry, with the ability to apply market and product insights to drive account performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and act with confidence.
  • Effective negotiation skills to support commercial discussions and secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a consistent drive to meet targets and take accountability for outcomes.Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, manage relationships across diverse stakeholders, and collaborate effectively within a team.
