About The Role

The Specialist, Key Account Management is a critical driver of commercial success within DKSH's Healthcare Business Unit in Thailand, responsible for managing and growing key institutional accounts. This role directly contributes to DKSH's revenue performance and market presence by building trusted partnerships and delivering consistent sales results across assigned accounts.

What You Will Deliver

  • Achieve assigned sales targets across key institutional accounts and large accounts, delivering consistent revenue growth and contributing to overall business performance
  • Develop and implement account-specific sales plans and promotional activities aligned with strategic and tactical guidelines, ensuring effective product positioning in the market
  • Communicate clear and compelling key product messages to Key Doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring critical product information is delivered accurately and with impact
  • Monitor and report on account activities, competitor movements, customer insights, and market dynamics to the Key Account Manager and Brand Manager, enabling timely and informed business decisions
  • Equip clients, customers, and key doctors with in-depth product knowledge, and support the organization of product training sessions for relevant staff to strengthen product advocacy
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with store managers of chain drugstores, reinforcing DKSH's presence and securing long-term account loyalty
  • Ensure all promotional and in-store activities for assigned products are executed at the right location and at the right time, in full alignment with customer agreements
  • Contribute to team goal alignment by supporting clear communication of objectives and promoting a collaborative, performance-driven team environment
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and its market dynamics
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to assess complex situations and act with confidence
  • Effective negotiation skills that drive mutually beneficial outcomes with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Results-oriented approach with a demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, KOLs, and internal teams
