Job Responsibilities

  • Manage key customers and large accounts to drive business growth

  • Achieve sales targets from assigned institutions and key accounts

  • Implement sales plans and promotional activities in line with company strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and key opinion leaders

  • Provide product information and ensure key messages are effectively delivered

  • Monitor and report on customer activities, competitor movements, and market conditions

  • Support product training and provide product knowledge to customers

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Science, Business Administration, or related fields

  • 1–2 years of experience in a related field

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
