Title:  Specialist Country Compliance

Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement DKSH’s compliance policy framework in accordance with the planned compliance program and external regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities also include addressing non-compliance issues and reporting.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing actual expenses such as meals, travel, and other costs related to activities involving healthcare professionals or medical institutions (e.g., grants, sponsorships). This review must be conducted through the compliance system to ensure alignment with set policies and industry regulations before disbursement.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and implementing effective compliance and ethics programs, including process audits, control assessments, and development of policies and training materials.

• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education

A degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, or Auditing is a plus.
