Job Summary
Analyze DC fees, warehouse costs, and operational data to identify trends and improve profitability. Present insights and results through dashboards and reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
General Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights – DC Fee
- Collect, clean, and organize data on DC fees, warehouse costs, and assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Analyze costs, revenue, and profits across regions, customers, and delivery channels to identify trends and patterns.
- Identify unusual fees, key cost factors, and operational issues to support process improvement initiatives.
- Support pricing and cost modeling by evaluating potential impacts on revenue and expenses.
- Work effectively with large datasets and use dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) to visualize insights for informed decision-making.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights on DC fees and other assigned data analysis tasks with internal teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DC costs, service performance, and fee efficiency.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas); Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of supply chain cost structures (warehousing, transportation, DC fees)
- Ability to prepare clear and structured presentations
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and work across functions
- Ability to work with data and translate analysis into business insight
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, business analysis, commercial support, or related roles
