- Achieve agreed sales targets within approved budgets, driving consistent and measurable revenue performance across assigned accounts.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key users and stakeholders to maximize selling opportunities and long-term business retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely product delivery by following up on orders, managing goods returns, and resolving delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate the features and benefits of assigned pharmaceutical products and services with clarity, confidence, and credibility to support customer decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales productivity by developing and refining processes that support consistent target achievement.
- Collaborate across functions to align internal operations with customer needs, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Support team and functional goals by ensuring objectives are clearly defined, well communicated, and collectively pursued.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or a related field is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics and product categories.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and secure positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
