About The Role
The Representative, Medical Sales is a frontline contributor to DKSH's Healthcare business in Thailand, responsible for driving sales performance and cultivating strong relationships with key medical users. This role is central to ensuring DKSH's pharmaceutical products reach the right customers while consistently delivering results within agreed targets and budgets.
What You Will Deliver
- Achieve assigned sales targets within agreed budgets by executing structured and outcome-driven selling activities across the assigned territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key users to maximize selling opportunities and support long-term commercial growth.
- Communicate the features and benefits of assigned pharmaceutical products and services clearly and compellingly to medical professionals, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and implement sales productivity processes that drive consistent target achievement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and follow up on product deliveries, manage goods returns, and resolve delivery discrepancies to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across functions and support internal operations to ensure customer needs are met effectively and promptly.
- Contribute to team goal alignment by supporting the clear communication of objectives and shared performance targets.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or related fields is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, enabling credible and informed engagement with medical professionals and key users.
- Skilled in negotiation, with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities effectively.
- Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive and trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
