Title:  Senior Representative Medical Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the agreed budget
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize sales opportunitiesFollow up on product deliveries, returns, and replacements
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customersDevelop and improve sales processes to ensure target achievement
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needsSupport team goals and perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Science, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in sales or related fields (marketing experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industryStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood negotiation skills with a results-driven mindsetStrong interpersonal skills
