Responsibilities
Digital marketing
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence
- Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
Communication
- Help implement communication strategies
- Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
- Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients, customers
Research
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in E-commerce (b2b e-commerce is a plus)
- Able to Create reports on above both platforms or on Google Analytics
- Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
