Job Summary
Support the Group RTM & GT Commercial Strategy function in driving sales productivity and commercial effectiveness across markets by delivering strategic analytics, sales force effectiveness diagnostics, and improvement recommendations.
General Responsibilities
- Conduct structured analysis of commercial performance across (selected) markets to identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze sales productivity indicators such as sales per rep, outlet productivity, visit productivity and coverage effectiveness.
- Conduct cross-market benchmarking to identify best practices and performance gaps.
- Identify structural opportunities to improve sales productivity and commercial performance.
- Develop diagnostic insights to support RTM and commercial strategy decisions.
- Support data-driven decision making through analytical insights and recommendations.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of SFE frameworks, tools and methodologies.
- Develop standardized SFE frameworks and diagnostic tools.
- Support KPI and performance management framework development.
- Support development of sales productivity models.
- Contribute to development of RTM and commercial effectiveness tools
- Support improvement of performance reporting frameworks.
- Support markets in identifying commercial performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop knowledge platforms, sharing best practices and insights across markets.
- Contribute to commercial capability development initiatives.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
- Good understanding of commercial operations, sales structures and route-to-market models.
- Knowledge of sales productivity and sales force effectiveness principles.
- Experience in commercial performance analysis and diagnostics.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales effectiveness, commercial excellence or strategy roles.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution or commercial organizations preferred.
- Experience working with sales performance analytics or sales productivity improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market environments is an advantage.
