About the Role

The Senior Manager, Group Learning & Development is a core member of DKSH's Group Learning & Development team, responsible for shaping how essential and behavioural capabilities are built and sustained across the organization. This role drives the design, delivery, and adoption of global learning programs that translate Group capability priorities into measurable business impact across markets worldwide.

What You Will Deliver

  • Co-own and continuously evolve the PeopleDNA (soft and essential skills) global learning catalogue, ensuring it remains relevant, scalable, and aligned to Group business priorities
  • Lead the annual learning needs analysis cycle in partnership with market Human Resources (HR) and Learning & Development (L&D) colleagues, identifying Group-wide priorities and shaping the global learning roadmap
  • Translate Group learning priorities into a coherent Group-level training calendar, ensuring effective coverage, balanced delivery workloads, and operational feasibility across regions
  • Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs as a primary mechanism to scale quality, consistency, and learner engagement across markets
  • Own and continuously enhance the Associate Trainers and Program Champions framework, including certification standards, governance processes, and overall impact measurement
  • Provide structured coaching, observation, and feedback to internal trainers and facilitators to uphold delivery standards and learning impact
    Deliver PeopleDNA skills programs directly to employees as required
  • Partner with local L&D teams and HR Business Partners to support smooth rollout and localized implementation of Group training programs
  • Drive evidence and data-based improvements to content and delivery approaches, informed by facilitator feedback, learner insights, and post-delivery evaluation
  • Contribute to how learning data is captured, analyzed, and reported within the Learning Management System (LMS), in collaboration with L&D system owners
  • Source and manage partnerships with external content providers and vendors to strengthen the overall learning ecosystem
  • Exercise influence-based leadership by setting clear delivery standards, best practices, and ways of working for Group learning initiatives
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Group L&D community and market-based learning teams
  • Role-model a learner-centric, growth-oriented, and resourceful mindset, actively contributing to a strong learning culture across DKSH

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or recognized certificates in Human Resources (HR), Learning & Development (L&D), Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
    Minimum eight to ten years of relevant experience within a complex, multi-market, or matrixed environment
  • Multinational company (MNC)-level expertise in Learning & Development, including learning needs diagnosis and L&D roadmap development
  • Proven capability in instructional design and the creation of training and workshop content across classroom and digital learning formats
  • Experienced in delivering in-person and virtual training within a multinational organization, with strong cultural awareness and the ability to navigate sensitivities across diverse regions and markets
  • Digitally savvy with working knowledge of Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, as well as common learning and virtual facilitation tools such as Miro and Menti.com
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS); knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is an advantage
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring and production tools such as Elucidat, Articulate, and Coloyssan
  • Strong project management, training operations, data fluency, and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder partnering skills with a learner- and business-centric mindset
  • Confident and engaging facilitator and presenter
