About the Role
What You Will Deliver
- Lead AR and Billing operations across Business Units, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service quality that consistently meet business and customer expectations.
- Drive end-to-end billing process efficiency across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective systems, controls, and seamless operations aligned with business requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system integration initiatives to optimize billing workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with Information Technology (IT) teams, Business Units, and external vendors to enhance and configure billing systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems including paperless solutions such as electronic Tax and Receipt (e-Tax and e-Receipt) and electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD).
- Establish and strengthen billing controls through regular audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer agreements.
- Monitor billing performance and key metrics, diagnose root causes of operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Bill Control team, setting clear performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing ongoing feedback and development support to achieve business goals.
- Oversee billing inquiries and issue resolution, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Drive the standardization and optimization of invoice management processes across Business Units to reduce errors, strengthen compliance, and improve both customer and internal stakeholder experience.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing Management, or business systems integration, with strong knowledge of billing processes, systems, and data flows.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, regulatory requirements, billing compliance, and industry standards.
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams, with strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset, with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Demonstrated project management and process improvement capabilities, with the ability to drive system integration, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage competing priorities, and operate independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a proactive and innovative approach to leveraging system capabilities.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
