Job summary

 

  • Lead the Thailand Patient Solutions teams, growing the business with pharma/ medical device clients and customer (homecare proposition)
  • Drive operations of the programs with client satisfaction
  • Lead and embed a continuous improvement culture with well defined KPIs

General responsibilities

  • Lead the Thailand Patient Solutions teams, growing the business with pharma/ medical device clients & customer (homecare proposition) 
  • Lead the business including client management, client and customer operations, analytics, RA/ PV/ Quality and the P&L of the operation
  • Shape the thinking of the Thailand healthcare market in relation to next-generation healthcare delivered using Patient Solutions
  • Support Thailand Healthcare BU win new business across the distribution and commercial propositions using Patient Solutions as an enable 
  • Build and develop country operations team(s) development covering key activities to ensure smooth, compliant and scalable operations across clients and customer operations
  • Support Patient Solutions Leadership Team and work closely with the Regional Team to ensure that TH’s requirements are met, and contribute to the regional ambitions
  • Lead and inspire the team on business process transformation and secure/ align cross-functional country resources for project support
  • Manage operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Oversee business analyses, evaluate findings, to develop new Patient Solution solutions for clients, customers and stakeholders 
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities with prospective clients (biopharmaceuticals & medical device firms)/ customers (pharmacies, hospitals & clinics) to facilitate deal closing. Simultaneously advise on upselling opportunities and oversee contract renegotiations with existing clients
  • Engage with key local stakeholders (pharmaceuticals society, patient advocacy groups, payers, regulators, hospital administrators, etc.) to identify opportunities for patient support
  • Ensure that Ethics and Compliance for patients’ and programs are prioritized over all other aspects/ variables considered alongside proactive audit preparedness of the operations

Leadership responsibilities

•    Influence without authority, demonstrate credibility and win trust amongst stakeholders (country team, clients, PSLT, CLTs and other country cross-functional groups
•    Work closely with team to ensure client satisfaction, upselling/ renewals and the focus on Ethics and Compliance in how programs are managed
•    Deliver high quality work and inspire teams
•    Strong cross-cultural communication across Asian markets
•    Drive execution against goals set
•    Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of general management and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning and achieve team/ function goals
