Job Summary

Location: BKK, Bangkok

Manage relationships with important customers in the OTC industry, focusing on growing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

General Responsibilities

  • Account Management:

    • Build strong relationships with key customers (retailers, pharmacies, distributors).

    • Understand customer needs and find ways to meet them.

    • Ensure customers are happy and solve any issues that arise.

  • Sales Growth:

    • Develop plans to increase sales of OTC products.

    • Identify opportunities to sell more products to existing customers.

    • Monitor sales and adjust strategies to meet targets.

  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products.

    • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.

    • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience:

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

    • Knowledge of OTC products and the healthcare industry.

    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Education

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
