General Responsibilities

Account Management:

Build strong relationships with key customers (retailers, pharmacies, distributors).

Understand customer needs and find ways to meet them.

Ensure customers are happy and solve any issues that arise.

Sales Growth:

Develop plans to increase sales of OTC products.

Identify opportunities to sell more products to existing customers.

Monitor sales and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products.

Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.

Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of OTC products and the healthcare industry.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
