Title:  Representative Field Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets, distribution coverage, and marketing objectives in the assigned territory.

• Implement effective territory management by conducting regular customer visits based on call analysis via EchoPlus, ensuring exceptional sales performance and customer service.

• Monitor and follow up on product deliveries, including handling returns, replacements, and resolving any incorrect deliveries.

• Clearly communicate the features and benefits of assigned products and/or services to customers.

• Develop new customer accounts and sales outlets while monitoring market trends, customers' financial stability, and competitors’ activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure operational efficiency.

• Support team initiatives and contribute to achieving overall team and functional goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Open to all genders.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales or existing relationships within the designated territory will be given special consideration.

• บริหารจัดการพื้นที่ขายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเข้าพบลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอตามการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากระบบ EchoPlus พร้อมทั้งให้บริการลูกค้าและการขายอย่างยอดเยี่ยม

• ติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้า รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนสินค้า การคืนสินค้า และการจัดการกรณีจัดส่งสินค้าผิด

• สื่อสารคุณสมบัติและประโยชน์ของสินค้าและ/หรือบริการที่รับผิดชอบได้อย่างชัดเจน

• ขยายฐานลูกค้าและร้านค้าใหม่ พร้อมทั้งสังเกตสถานการณ์ตลาด สถานะทางการเงินของลูกค้า และกิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง

• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้าและให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• สนับสนุนเป้าหมายของทีมและฝ่ายงาน เพื่อให้เป้าหมายมีความชัดเจนและสามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ:

• ไม่จำกัดเพศ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในทุกสาขาวิชา

• มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่

• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายยา หรือมีความสัมพันธ์ในพื้นที่ที่ดูแล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
