About the Role

The Procurement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing and non-trade purchasing excellence across the DKSH Group, with a focus on Corporate Services, Information Technology (IT), and other assigned categories. In this capacity, you will shape category strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and lead cost optimization initiatives that directly advance DKSH's business objectives.

What You Will Deliver

  • Design and implement category sourcing strategies for non-trade procurement across Corporate Services, Information Technology (IT), and other assigned areas, ensuring full alignment with DKSH's business priorities and objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier due diligence to identify capable partners, assess their strengths, and secure favorable commercial terms
  • Translate business requirements into actionable category sourcing strategies through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Build and sustain strategic supplier relationships that drive performance management, long-term development, and tangible cost-saving outcomes
  • Lead continuous improvement across procurement processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and driving end-to-end implementation
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement activities and supplier relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in Indirect Procurement, particularly across Corporate Services, Information Technology (IT), Marketing, and other professional services
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management capabilities that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
  • Sound understanding of procurement processes, cost management principles, and market dynamics
  • Strong project management capability with experience leading complex, multi-scope procurement projects
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make well-informed, strategic decisions in a systematic manner
  • Agile and adaptable approach to navigating change and evolving business needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
  • Fluent command of English
