Title:  Manager Supply Chain

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager with regional responsibilities will oversee key supply chain operations including supplier relations, order management, forecasting, inventory planning, and freight movement relating to medical devices and pharmaceuticals. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-margin products while maintaining optimal inventory levels. The manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across customer sales and marketing teams to align on business priorities, address customer needs, and drive improvements in supply chain processes. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are crucial for managing regional supply chain activities and enhancing overall business performance. The role has regional responsibilities for multiple APAC countries.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end order management, including order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Collaborate with forecasting teams to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory optimization.
• Monitor and manage freight and logistics operations to meet regional delivery requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Serve as a liaison between supply chain operations and sales/marketing teams, ensuring alignment on business goals.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and develop action plans to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent spoken and written English for worldwide communication.
• SAP experience.
• Experience in S&OP and IBP ways of working.
• Experience working with Finance stakeholders.
• Moderate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills.
• Basic knowledge of freight and customs.

Education

• University degree, Bachelors minimum.
• Worked in supply chain or logistics role with 5+ years’ experience minimum.
• Advantage to have worked in medical/pharma background but not necessary.
