Manager, Product Management (Vaccine)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager – Vaccine to lead our product specialist team in the vaccine portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, identifying product positioning opportunities, and coordinating closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and sales performance. The candidate will be a subject matter expert on vaccine products and will play a critical role in market research, competitive analysis, and customer education.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of product specialists focusing on the vaccine product line.
· Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with target customer segments and business objectives.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and promotional activities.
· Serve as a product expert to communicate the value, benefits, and differentiation of vaccines to customers and internal teams.
· Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and areas of opportunity.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide training and tools for effective vaccine product promotion.
· Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and make recommendations to optimize performance.
· Oversee the development and distribution of promotional campaigns, educational content, and product literature.
· Perform additional duties as assigned, related to the vaccine product portfolio and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, or related fields.
· 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in pharmaceutical, vaccine, or healthcare-related fields.
· Strong understanding of vaccines and immunization-related concepts is an advantage.
· Proficient in English (written and spoken).
· Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle; willing to travel domestically as needed.
· Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
· Passionate about healthcare and driven to deliver results.
· Quick learner with strong presentation and communication skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work flexible hours when required.
