Title: Manager Key Account Management

General responsibilities
• Develop attractive marketing and sales plan including promotional programs and services for individual key customers within agreed budget with client, based on strategic product guidelines, good co-operation with Sales Manager and Product Manager
• Work closely with Purchasing Manager/Marketing Manager/KOLs of key customers to create the promotion conformed to customer’s promotion plan
• Implement and monitor the marketing and sales plan for each key customer
• Lead the sales development analysis and take appropriate action to adjust the tactics including special activities within agreed budget with client
• Responsible for target allocation by account and organize the sales activities in order to achieve the sales target
• Present monthly business review and market situation analysis with key customers’ top management for improvement
• Maintain close contact and good relationships with key customers
• Manage stock reserve and stock forecast to ensure product availability
• Lead, manage and develop key account management team
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
Leadership responsibilities
• Maintain team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
• Encourage learning and development of team in the area of sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
• Manage sales forces structure excellence which provide healthy profit among each sales team
