Title:  Manager HR Business Partnering

About The Role

Manage implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results

What You Will Deliver

• Manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Execute/manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company’s business direction
• Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations
• Drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost control
• Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies
• Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities
• Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention
• Execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs 
• Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utlization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
• Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
• Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments 
• Execute change management initiatives across the organization

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong experience in partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, change management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market benchmarking, and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR programs and delivering HR operational excellence across multiple functions or business units.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale organizations, multinational companies, or matrix environments is highly preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
