General Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the end-to-end operational workflow of the eCommerce business, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, platform operations, and process optimization.

• Ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple online sales channels.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of finance professionals, inventory management, eCommerce operation by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Collaborate closely with commercial, customer service, and finance teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance overall business operations.

Operations & Fulfillment:

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing, shipping, and delivery.

• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and fulfillment partners to optimize logistics and reduce costs.

• Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with logistics providers to maintain high operational standards.

Platform Operations & Compliance:

• Manage operations across various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, brand.com) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Finance & Cost Management:

• Monitor operational costs, fulfillment expenses, and logistics costs to improve cost efficiency.

• Work with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of sales, returns, refunds, and chargebacks with finance and accounting teams

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is essential

• At least 3 years work experience in financial management, preferably in eCommerce, retail or related Business

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software including Microsoft excel and PowerPoint skills

• Able written & verbal communication skills in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
