Description: 

General responsibilities    

Business Review
•    Prepares and Leads business review meeting with clients’ management team on monthly or quarterly basis.
•    Review clients’ sales and operations performance.
•    Update market situation to ensure that clients receive up-to-date information which is useful for their business decision.
•    Act as company representative to communicate all necessary issues to clients.
•    Work with client’s management team for solution of issues raised during BRM and ensure that all issues raised are responded within the defined response time.

Client Service and Supply Chain Network Management
•    Liaise with Client management team for their requirements and daily problems encountered.
•    Coordinate with DKSH internal teams to provide effective solutions for client’s requirements related to operation issues i.e. order processing, credit control, inventory management, etc.
•    Facilitate new business integration process for new clients acquired.
•    Act as DKSH representative to facilitate ad-hoc operation issues. i.e.  arrange Ad-hoc meetings

Drive Operational Efficiency through Assigned Projects
•    Coordinate between clients and internal departments to drive company’s projects which increase operational and cost efficiency; for instance, managing warehouse space, promoting the use of electronic tools, monitoring problem bills, etc.

Others
•    Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Director.
