About The Role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) is a key driver of DKSH's people strategy, leading end-to-end recruitment activities and talent acquisition projects that ensure the business attracts and secures the right talent. This role partners closely with business leaders and Human Resources (HR) teams to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience across the organization.

What You Will Deliver

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing and selection strategies that attract top talent.
  • Lead and execute talent acquisition projects that enhance recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, and support organizational capability building.
  • Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of in-house recruitment experience within a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition projects and driving process improvements.
