Title:  Manager, Product Management (Biotechnology & Bioprocess)

Job Summary
Product Management to lead our team of organizational product specialists. This role is
responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, achieving business goals, and working closely with
both the marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will identify and
promote the most compelling features of our products to attract and retain customers effectively.

General Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of product specialists by developing and implementing targeted
marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and business growth.
• Become an expert on the company’s products and features to effectively market them and
educate customers on their value and benefits.
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to understand consumer preferences
and industry trends.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, support, and insights while
monitoring product performance, sales, and revenue.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
 

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology,
Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, etc.). Fields such as Computer Science,
Mathematics, and Statistics are excluded.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management leadership.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle for work-related
travel. Occasional upcountry travel may be required.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
• A fast learner with a passion for sales and business development.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
• Flexible with working hours when required.
