Job Summary
You will design, deliver, and scale practical programs in engagement, well-being, recognition, and inclusion across the Group. This includes facilitating workshops, equip HR and line managers with easy-to-use tools, and coordinate with regional teams to drive adoption. You translate feedback and data into simple, repeatable practices that improve team performance and the everyday employee experience. This will help to drive improvements in engagement, retention, diversity, and overall business performance through culture and belonging initiatives.
General Responsibilities
- Design and deliver culture and engagement programs: Lead the development and rollout of enterprise-wide initiatives in engagement, well-being, recognition, and inclusion — ensuring they are practical, scalable, and embedded in everyday business practices.
- Turn employee data into insights and action: Analyze engagement, well-being, and DEI data to identify trends and opportunities. Translate findings into clear stories and recommendations that guide leaders and HR in improving employee experience and business outcomes.
- Build capability of HR and business leaders: Equip HR colleagues and managers with tools and workshops that strengthen culture, team effectiveness, inclusive leadership, and recognition. Act as a facilitator and coach to help leaders adopt and apply best practices.
- Advise and partner with stakeholders: Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders. Partner with group, regional, and local HR teams to adapt global programs to local contexts and drive consistent adoption across the company.
- Contribute to strategic culture initiatives: Support cross-functional projects such as employee listening strategy, company-wide culture events, and senior leadership workshops, ensuring alignment with the company’s purpose and performance goals.
- Integrate sustainability and human rights into culture initiatives: Contribute to the company’s Human Rights Due Diligence (HuRiDD) and sustainability agenda by ensuring culture, engagement, and belonging programs align with responsible business practices and non-financial reporting requirements.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and follow through on multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and details are not overlooked
• Proven ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies, balancing alignment with local adaptation
• Digital and AI fluency — familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and survey analytics platforms to streamline reporting, generate insights, and enhance employee listening
• Experience designing and managing regional or enterprise-level programs in culture, engagement, or related HR areas
• Skill in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to turn survey results and people metrics into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the confidence to work with both senior leaders and frontline managers
• Appreciation for cultural sensitivities and the ability to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural environment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Human Resources, business, or a related discipline an advantage.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
