Responsibilities:

• Rotating through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Learning different business processes and procedures through observation and hands-on experience.
• Assisting in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.
• Conducting research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
• Learning how to create, interpret and analyze data and prepare reports on departmental activities.
• Developing and executing strategies to optimize business operations and improve profitability.
• Shadowing and learning from experienced managers to improve leadership and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
• Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
• Provide support to management and other team members as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business administration, Management or related field.
• Prior internship or work experience not over 1 year in a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in different departments and locations as needed.

The Management Trainee Program has a duration of one year after the selection process.
