About the Role
We are looking for 2 high-potential interns to support our Regional CRM and Omnichannel transformation across 15 markets with minimum 3-6 months assignment within the regional team. (Base in Thailand)
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale regional initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Digital, Analytics) and contributing to key strategic priorities such as CRM deployment, performance analytics, and omnichannel engagement.
Role Tracks (Profiles)
We are open to candidates with strengths in one of the following areas:
1. Regional CRM Deployment Associate
- Role overview
- Support the deployment of CRM priorities across 15 markets, contributing to the rollout and continuous improvement of ConnectPlus and CRM practices.
- Key responsibilities
- Support CRM deployment across markets (processes, tools, best practices)
- Work with local ComEx teams to help deploy best practises & global priorities
- Contribute to CRM enhancements and user adoption initiatives
- Help structure and document CRM standards and playbooks
- Profile & skills
- Experience in CRM / Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) / Commercial Excellence
- Strong understanding of field force processes (planning, activity tracking, coaching)
- Structured thinking and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a regional, fast-evolving environment
- Strong English communication skills required (daily interaction with regional and international teams)
- Development opportunity

2. Regional Reporting & Analytics Associate
- Role overview
- Drive the design and deployment of regional reporting, ensuring consistency of KPIs and enabling data-driven decision making across markets.
- Key responsibilities
- Support development of regional dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Align reporting standards across markets (CRM & OCE metrics)
- Translate business needs into reporting requirements for developers
- Monitor data quality and support adoption of reporting tools
- Profile & skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting / BI tools (Power BI)
- Understanding of commercial KPIs
- Ability to structure data into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and data quality focus
- Strong English communication skills required (regional alignment and stakeholder management)

3. Regional Digital & Omnichannel Associate

- Key responsibilities
- Support rollout of digital channels (email, webinars, messaging, content)
- Contribute to defining and deploying omnichannel engagement strategies
- Work with markets to improve digital activation and HCP engagement
- Support development of content and campaign best practices
- Profile & skills
- Background in digital marketing, campaign management, or omnichannel engagement
- Understanding of customer journeys and digital engagement levers
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Strong collaboration with marketing, medical, and sales teams
- Strong English communication skills required (cross-market collaboration and regional initiatives)

Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in:
- Business Administration / Management
- Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Business Analytics / Data Science / Statistics
- Information Systems (MIS) or related fields
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work with regional and cross-functional teams
- (Nice to have) Internship or project experience in CRM, analytics, or digital marketing
- (Nice to have) Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or marketing platforms
- (Nice to have) Experience working in multicultural or regional environments
