About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Insights and Data Strategy professional to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives across local, regional, and group stakeholders. This role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics outputs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Support data validation, data quality monitoring, and reporting accuracy.
• Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business users, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including data definitions, business logic, and reporting processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Promote data literacy by guiding users on accurate data input and effective interpretation of reports and dashboards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Reporting, or related functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.Experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and report automation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or Commercial Analytics is an advantage.
• Good command of both Thai and English.
