Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Incubation Business Support to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of business processes for our incubation unit. This position involves coordination across legal, finance, and HR functions to support new ventures, startup teams, and internal projects from inception through execution.

General Responsibilities

Contract Management & Legal Coordination

  • Review, organize, and manage incubation-related contracts and agreements.

  • Liaise with internal legal teams to ensure contracts are compliant and aligned with business objectives.

  • Track contract lifecycles and assist in timely renewals or terminations.

Finance & Administration

  • Coordinate with the finance team for payment processing, invoice generation, and expense tracking.

  • Ensure timely submission and approval of financial documents related to incubation projects.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support budget tracking for projects.

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to fulfill hiring requirements for startups and incubation projects.

  • Track recruitment progress and support onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Assist in compiling hiring reports and managing recruitment-related documentation.

Operational Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day administrative and business support functions for the incubation team.

  • Help streamline operational workflows and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business support, legal coordination, finance operations, or HR liaison roles.

  • Strong understanding of contract terms, financial documentation, and recruitment cycles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/HRMS systems is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
