Key Responsibilities

 

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) across business units.
  • Consolidate and align identified learning needs with global frameworks, and coordinate with global teams to source or design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives within assigned responsibility scope.

Facilitation & Capability Building

  • Act as a certified facilitator for core learning programs (e.g., Leadership and Essential Skills) across the organization.
  • Deliver training programs through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) methodology to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of facilitation to drive engagement, learning effectiveness, and behavioral change.

Talent Management

  • Serve as a key liaison between global and local teams to cascade Talent Management frameworks and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent understanding and adoption of global talent frameworks across all Business Units (BUs).
  • Provide guidance, education, and consultation to stakeholders on talent processes, tools, and best practices.

Development Plan Execution & Tracking

  • Ensure completion and quality of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of development planning among managers and employees.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on development plan progress to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to effectively facilitate, present, and communicate with diverse, international stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix, multinational environment and align local execution with global strategies.
