Title: Assistant Manager, Organizational Development & Talent Development

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) across business units.
- Consolidate and align identified learning needs with global frameworks, and coordinate with global teams to source or design appropriate learning solutions.
- Ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives within assigned responsibility scope.
Facilitation & Capability Building
- Act as a certified facilitator for core learning programs (e.g., Leadership and Essential Skills) across the organization.
- Deliver training programs through Train-the-Trainer (TTT) methodology to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of facilitation to drive engagement, learning effectiveness, and behavioral change.
Talent Management
- Serve as a key liaison between global and local teams to cascade Talent Management frameworks and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent understanding and adoption of global talent frameworks across all Business Units (BUs).
- Provide guidance, education, and consultation to stakeholders on talent processes, tools, and best practices.
Development Plan Execution & Tracking
- Ensure completion and quality of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees.
- Drive awareness and understanding of development planning among managers and employees.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on development plan progress to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English with the ability to effectively facilitate, present, and communicate with diverse, international stakeholders.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix, multinational environment and align local execution with global strategies.
