We are seeking an experienced S&OP Specialist to play a pivotal role within our Consumer Goods commercial team. This role is responsible for leading forecasting and demand planning activities, delivering data‑driven insights, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and customers to improve service, profitability, and working capital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning processes, acting as the central point of coordination across stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, commercial insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Analyse proprietary and third‑party data to provide market intelligence and uplift demand planning capability across the business
  • Drive improvements in customer service, inventory optimisation, working capital, and profitability through effective S&OP practices
  • Prepare and report on key performance indicators including stock holdings, CFR, and OBSL to local and global stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with third‑party data providers to ensure accuracy, continuity, and timely access to insights

Influence & Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Customer teams
  • Lead and contribute to cross‑functional improvement initiatives within the Consumer Goods business
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Insights teams to share best practice and enhance reporting capability
  • Partner with other DKSH divisions to create consistency and synergies in processes and insights

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in S&OP, demand planning, forecasting, and analytics, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong systems capability, including forecasting tools, SAP Business Objects, and advanced Excel modelling
  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and dynamic operational environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Results‑driven, commercially minded, and confident owning end‑to‑end planning processes
