Senior Specialist, Digital Workplace

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Digital Workplace, based in Auckland. This is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day operational support and stability of the Digital Workplace environment across ANZ, providing Level 1, 2 & 3 technical support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Digital Workplace Support

  • Lead resolution of complex and high‑impact incidents across Microsoft 365, end‑user devices, identity, access, and collaboration tools
  • Provide selective Level 2 & 3 support requiring deeper technical expertise
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions

Platform Operations & Systems Support

  • Maintain and optimise Microsoft 365 services and related Digital Workplace platforms
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure accurate asset and configuration records

File, Data & Email Migrations

  • Plan and deliver migrations (file server → SharePoint/OneDrive, mailbox migrations, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and smooth post‑migration support

Automation & AI-Enabled Support

  • Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline operations
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Copilot
  • Identify opportunities where automation and AI enhance support delivery

Governance, Security & Compliance

  • Operate within global IT standards and security controls
  • Support audits, risk reviews, and secure access provisioning

Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Support vendor engagement and help manage operational performance

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience supporting Windows 11, network basics, and end‑user tech environments
  • Strong skills in desktop management, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, anti‑virus, and ZScaler
  • Experience supporting distributed or multinational environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication
  • Certification in Microsoft Windows
