Senior Customer Care Representative – CS&Co.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team based in Mangere. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong SAP experience and advanced Excel skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for seamless order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process orders via SAP, including telephone and electronic orders
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting response times and service quality expectations
- Assist in processing credits and supporting Key Account Managers
- Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure service excellence
- Data entry, pricing processes, and sales order keying
- Support special projects and seasonal duties as required
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Key Account Teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within FMCG, distribution, or supply chain
- SAP experience is essential – strong knowledge of order processing and data management
- Advanced Excel skills – ability to work with large datasets, pivot tables, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy
