Senior Brand Manager 

Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We’re on the hunt for an experienced and innovative Senior Brand Manager to join our Auckland team. This is your chance to drive growth, lead impactful campaigns, and make your mark on a portfolio of leading brands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans that deliver profitable growth and align with an integrated marketing approach
  • Act as the brand guardian, maintaining consistency and integrity across all communications
  • Analyse market trends, locally and globally, to identify opportunities and enhance strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Create and execute innovative promotional campaigns that resonate with consumers
  • Develop merchandising and point-of-sale strategies aligned with brand guidelines
  • Drive excitement around launches and promotional activities with creative approaches

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage stock and collateral forecasting for launches and campaigns
  • Conduct ROI analyses to measure the success of marketing and trade activities

Stakeholder Management & Sales Support

  • Build and nurture relationships with key retailers and sales teams
  • Develop compelling marketing presentations and pitch strategies
  • Serve as the key contact for Brand Principals, ensuring KPI delivery and seamless communication
  • Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Proven success in a similar role with a passion for building and managing brands within FMCG & Beauty
  • Solid business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to present to varied audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Extremely detail orientated with a creative mindset
  • A team-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of NZ retail environments, including Farmers, Foodstuffs, and Green Cross Health (desirable)
